Precise positioning of glue dropping: In the predetermined area of the spot welding position, a small amount of uniform drop of glue is dropped to avoid excessive glue overflow and affect subsequent welding.

Welding time: short time pulse spot welding, usually 0.1~0.5 seconds.

The main purpose of the glue drop is to enhance the adhesion and vibration resistance of spot welding and prevent loosening during long-term use.

Spot welding should be precise, fast, and with moderate pressure, to protect the fan blades from being damaged by high temperatures.

The entire process requires a clean environment, precise operation, and strict temperature and time control.

Precautions: Control the temperature and current to avoid overheating and deformation of the fan blades.
